KHAIRPUR: Banking Court Sukkur issued non-bailable warrants (NBW) against 19 bank defaulting landlords of Khairpur.

cording to details, Banking Court Sukkur special judge Sayed Inamul Rahman on Tuesday issued non-bailable warrants against 19 defaulter landlords of district Khairpur, including Ehsanullah Mangan
har, Sayed Jaffar Hussain Shah, Habibulah Memon, Rubi, Waheed Ali Moorejo, Mazoor Hussain Malik, Sheraz Hussain Phulpoto, Mumtaz Ali Samo, Shamshad Khatoon, Zahid Ali and his brother Wajid Ali Samo, Imtiaz Khatoon, Sugr
a Khatoon, Balqees Khatoon, Hoor Khatoon, Ejaz Ali Manganhar, Abdul Kareem Phulpoto, Zabiullah Memon and Abdul Jalil Memon.
These individuals failed to return the loans taken from different
banks and also didn’t appear before the
banking court. As a result, the court took notice and directed the Khairpur police to arrest and produce the culprits before the court.
