ISLAMABAD: Allied officers and civilian participants of National Security Course 201
7 from National Defence University (NDU) visited GHQ on Wednesday, according to a statement issued here by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The participants of the
course were given a detailed briefing on national security environment and role of the Pakistan Army. Later, Chief of General Staff (CGS) Lieutenant General Bilal A
kber had an inte
ractive session with the participants.
Sources revealed that participants were briefed about t
he latest situation along the line of control, working boundary and western border with Afghanistan with particular reference of birder management system on the Pak-Afghan border.
